We're launching the new community!

Our new Community is LIVE! Ok, so it’s finally here...drumroll please...?You can find a link to our brand spanking new community here, make sure to refer your colleagues as well! https://community.company.com/You should see our new community as a one stop shop to answer all of your most pressing needs. Can’t find an answer? Simply post a question on the community! Of course, if you still want to contact our support team you can do so here! Everyone has their own profile on the community, and can vote on ideas and suggestions.  We even have a points leaderboard too, so look out in case your name appears there. We will be giving points to the users who answer the most questions on the community, are the most active and post the most popular requests in the ideation section. FixedFixedFix to the IncludeInDownload Flag in Supplemental DocumentsThe IncludeInDownload flag controls whether supplemental documents are included in downloaded envelopes. Due to an API bug, when the API receives document update requests, the flag was getting set true even if that was not a part of the update requests. This fix preserves the current value of the flag unless it’s specified as a part of the API requests.This fix is available in the Demo environment, and will be rolled out to all Production environments by the end of January 2025.Send feedback about this guide

APIAPI エンベロープを無効化するときのAPI動作のアップデート 2025年3月から数か月の間にエンベロープを無効化するAPIの動作が変更され、特に指定がない限り、無効化されたエンベロープが自動的に削除されるようになります。このアップデートにより、APIエンドポイントEnvelopes: updateが影響を受けます。 現在、送信済みのエンベロープを無効化すると、単にそのエンベロープの状態がvoided（無効）に変更されます。 このアップデートにより、送信済みのエンベロープを無効化すると、ステータスがvoidedに変更され、デフォルトで［削除済み］フォルダーに移動されます。無効化したエンベロープを削除しないようにするには、要求パスを使用してrecycle_on_voidクエリ文字列パラメーターを追加します。recycle_on_voidをfalseに設定すると、無効化したエンベロープが削除されなくなります。以下の更新されたAPIコール要求パスを参照してください。要求本文に変更は必要ありません。 /restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes/{envelopeId}?recycle_on_void=false このアップデートは、2025年3月以降にデモ環境とすべての実稼働環境に適用される予定です。 このトピックの内容に対する改善点、誤字脱字の指摘など...

I really do not believe that there is a character limit to titles of new posts, that would be weird because I know that many end users ask their entire question in the title on our platform.
