Recipe scaling is rounding my ingredients incorrectly — how do I fix it?

When I scale a recipe from 4 portions to 7, some ingredient quantities are rounding to whole numbers in a way that changes the recipe. For example, 1.2 garlic cloves becomes 2 cloves instead of staying at 1 or showing 1.2. Is there a setting to control how rounding works? I would prefer it either stays as the decimal or rounds down rather than up.
