Can I attach photos to recipe steps?

I want to add photos showing what the product should look like at each stage of a recipe — for example, what the bean broth should look like at the 1-hour mark vs the 2-hour mark. I can add photos to the recipe header but cannot find a way to attach images to individual steps.
